Who is Zada Homebuyers?+–
Zada Homebuyers is a private home buyer in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas. We are not a government agency, not your lender, not code enforcement, and not a law firm or tax advisor.
Can selling stop a foreclosure, a tax sale, or a code case?+–
A conversation with us does not stop a foreclosure, a tax sale, or a code case. Selling is one option to explore before a date already printed on your notice. If you want to keep the house, talk with the lender or the office that sent the notice as well.
Do you charge a fee?+–
With a direct purchase, there's no listing agent to hire. Any fees, and exactly which closing costs are included, are explained in the written offer. If the sale is not a direct purchase, that arrangement has its own fees, also explained in writing before you decide. Nothing on this page is that offer.
How fast can you close?+–
We can work toward a fast closing, subject to title clearance and your situation. We do not publish a number of days. If we agree on a date, it is in the written offer.
What happens if I send the form?+–
We use it to call you about the property. A confirmation means the form was received. It is not an offer. This site does not send text messages, and you can ask us to stop calling.
What if I do not want to sell?+–
Understand your options. There's no obligation to sell. You can stop the conversation at any time.
What if the house was inherited?+–
You can ask us to look at an inherited house, including one that needs repairs or has more than one person involved. We do not decide who may sign, we do not skip probate, and we do not promise to buy every inherited house. Vacant land is not a separate program on this site.
Which communities do you talk with?+–
We talk with owners in Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Moore, Midwest City, Del City, Yukon, Mustang, Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Bixby, Sand Springs. Ask about your address. We will tell you if we cannot review that house.
